Greggs — Restaurant in England

Pop in for the first time today for breakfast. I was greeted without a smile sadly. I placed my order then the women decided to go of and start serving a uber eat even though I was there first. But before that she started to put bacon in the baguette then told me there's no eggs, left it on the side to go cold after a good 5 minutes came back and tried to serve it to me. At the point I'd asked for a fresh one she replied with a huff.

It is basic food hygiene standards. I used to work for greggs and even if there is food left over it gets thrown for health and safety. This baguette was left with bacon inside in the open for over 5 minutes and she tried to serve it to me. It is appalling and I think you all need retraining with food standards and customer service standards to. Someone is going to become incredibly ill soon over careless...

Such wonderful staff, always make sure my order is ready on time and served with a smile. Every staff member I’ve interacted with treats every customer with value which is really hard to find these days in retail stores. You’ve really got a golden team here. My only concern is how little staff hours they seem to be given. There’s less staff here than the stores in Cabot circus etc and they seem to be overwhelmed with customers waiting at busy trade. food was cold and no one was behind the counter serving it we were ignored by a lady i believe her name was ella we went over to her mopping to ask to be served she come over and i asked for a chicken bake and a tripple chocolate cookie and i said it clear enough and she served me a donut, she was rude and miserable. i couple hours fast forward i went back because i wanted a cookie , different man serving i asked for a cookie and brought a drink he gave me 2 cookies i only asked for one. to awful to...
