often closed hours before close time. staff who will ignore you while serving you to talk to their friend. staff who wont even tell you how much the total is and just expect you to pay with out saying a word. Ignore your request of "you can put both sausage rolls in the bag save some paper" hardly ever have chicken/steak bake or the season promotion items and dont even bother to check ovens just say no we aint got it. and to top it off the sausage and bean melt i swear where fridge temperature like they had not seen the inside of a oven. All round...

I was in this morning 22/03/2023 (sundon park) at around 7.30ish and a young lad who was getting stuff out the oven and then come and served me I ordered a bacon roll and a coffee to realise when i payed that he was just wearing gloves to get stuff out the oven and made my roll and didn’t go and wash his hands The shop was so manic with customers I didn’t have time to stand again in the que to take it back to complain so I just threw it away in the bin outside the shop, I missed out on breakfast this morning...

Unpredictably busy example of its type, the staff inc. the newcomers are well up to scratch. It is much better for traditional (& fussy ! ) tea drinkers now the "much pined for" milk jug has returned - and your crucial dash of milk is more easily gotten just right ! As usual, Gregg's food in general is not brilliant for diabetics save as a "Blue Moon" treat ! The sausage rolls are really and truly splendid when served nice and hot, but regrettably must still remain mostly off limits for a wretched...
