Med-Grill — Restaurant in Great Britain

We went here on a Friday night after a while of trying to find somewhere decent to have food. I was a bit sceptical at first as over recent years most food places in luton are awful but it smelled lovely so we ordered. The young lady who took our order was very helpful and provided excellent customer service, again something which is quite lacking these days. We got our food and when I say it looked amazing, it looked amazing. It was so well presented and it tasted amazing the portion size was massive for the price and I couldn't even finish it all. Food wasn't too bad at med grill luton. I have known the other branch of med grill for 15yrs which is found in St Albans and the food there is amazing, no words to describe the taste. But yesterday when I tried the food at med grill luton, i was very disappointed as it doesn't have the same taste as the other med grill. They didn't serve yellow rice instead gave me white rice with no flavour. The chips were bland. Had deliveries and collection previously, so tonight I thought I would go in and order. After 40 minutes I had to ask when wraps would be ready as other who had came into the shop more than 20 minutes after me were already half way through their food. I live 200 yards from the shop and yet wraps were cold and needed to be heated in the microwave as did the Luke warm chips.
