Sundon Peri Grill — Restaurant in England

First and LAST TIME. As you can see my dinner was served with a black curly facial hair! Also had an item missing from order called them and he started asking everyone in the place. Told me it was in the order. Why would I call and not be getting on eating my dinner of there wasnt an issue. I said so you are saying im lying he then said he would look into it and call me back. 15mins later knock at the door with the missing item. Need to work on customer service and hygiene!!! 🤢 very disappointing. You also need to not breach data protection as the receipt in my order was not mine and disclosed the full name, address and contact number for someone else!!! So not doubt someone else also...

I am seriously a fussy eater and hate taking chances on a new place, but this was the best, we ordered 1 mixed kebab the meat was so tender and soft, the pitta bread tasted like it was freshly baked and the salad and little pots of chilli sauce has knocked the socks off what WAS my favourite German Doner … no longer tops these guys, My husband has a burger and he only likes the burgers in Mexico and again it was fresh and cooked to perfection, chips was also really tasty! Sorry guys your takeaway is gonna get busier from here on. Thanks to the Uber eats promo code we discovered this takeaway was part of the few participant restaurants tonight on offer. Thank you guys….. we are one...

Placed order at 18:00, received order at 21:00. Three hours!

Peri Peri chicken was either under cooked (blood) or over cooked (dry and chewy).

Fried chicken never turned up!

Sauces never turned up!

The kebab, omg! It was the worst kebab I have ever seen and tasted ... a load of cold dry shavings of donner with a soggy pita chucked on top. Where was the salad, where was the sauce? Where was the flavour? Where was the heat?

Basically paid £21 for a portion of chips, because that’s all that we could eat from the whole thing.
