Greggs — Restaurant in England

Waited for our bacon rolls after ordering with our hot drinks. Told bacon would be 5 minutes. Family sat down, while I waited by the till. Atleast 5 other people/ families ordered bacon rolls after me. Bacon was ready and came out. Everyone at the till and that had ordered after me got their roles first, while I was left there to wait?? Surely you serve in the order of purchase??? Waited nearly 15 minutes, cold drinks to have with our food, that was served after 5 other people in the queue behind me ordering the same thing, made a comment at the till, and asked where mine was for them not to have a clue and a look on their faces of blankness, even though the lady who served me was their. Then to top it off, didnt have a clue what the order was and had to re run through it. Still asking at each stage, trying to give me one and having ro repeat myself for the third time what the order was and how many!! If you have no clue who or what order you should have served someone, don't ask them to leave the till to serve someone else if then you can't get their order right and serve 5 other people the same food that had queued and paid after me.

Clueless and act as if they have done nothing wrong!! It wasn't even busy for Gregg's, worst customer service and service I have experienced. Bacon roll to go with...

Another review of another Gregg’s and in this one I can’t even stretch out a largely pointless analogy about it mirroring my friend Greg’s life. Not sure what more there is to say about these industrial pastry wrappers. I haven’t seen where on the map this one is but it could be anywhere. had a latte and tuna crunch baguette here, to take away which were both delicious and great value for money. I was disappointed when i looked at the seating area, next door, to see a group of young children sat around 2 tables near the window trashing the place by kicking the tables around with their feet. I asked the staff about this behavior only to get embarrassed looks from the young girl and young lad behind the counter.
