Greggs — Restaurant in England

Come here most mornings before work. Never again.but this afternoon 2 horrible old ladies served me my partner and my autistic boy. Walked in want do you want!!!? I'm like give us a chance. We was intimidated from start to finish. Rushing us to chose what we wanted. Didn't even get the chance to get what we wanted in the end. Then at the end got our order totally wrong. What's up you wanted to take the sausage rolls home for yourself? Bad day? Or you were craving a drink? So took it out on your customers. Because it wasn't nothing wrong what we did. Didn't deserve that treatment. Get yourself on some sort of course and brush up on your people...

Poor staff - 2nd time there. Had a bad experience last time too but didn't think much of it at that time.The elderly lady at the till is either deaf or just not interested in listening to people. Asked for a Large Vannilla Latte gave me a medium without the flavouring. Asked for a large which she reluctantly did and then asked where is my flavouring says you only asked for large not vanilla!!! Was in a hurry so left with this. Will be there in a week and report back if any other staff are any better. Would avoid it if it was not the most convenient one before work. The fact that I am not white could be a factor? Would like to think I am...

The garage was nice and clean when I called for petrol. Called to greggs in the garage on the 27th October 21. One lady threw a bag of rubbish over the counter and nearly hit me with it. No apologising no smile looked miserable no customer service from either ladies. In fact the younger lady who served me looked close to tears. I would never call here again such bad manners and miserable staff...
