Greggs — Restaurant in England

Good Evening .... id like to enlighten you with my traumatic experience tonignt .... Well... what happened! let me tell you! I put my order in to just eat at greggs Sepertine Green Hampton 19.50. Order number 119537820. After waiting an hour to 20.50... it still hadn't arrived. I received an anonymous phone call from my apparent driver. declaring my order had been collected by some random "driver". He didn't know where it had gone as he had arrived to the shop to collect and its no longer there. After waiting over 2 hours for festive pastries and jammie donuts as you can imagine, my blood sugar was all time low.... im pretty sure the driver was in the Hampton carpark consuming my beloved pastries and jammies and slurping my full fat coke. over 2 hours later, I had a cancelation text (being dumped by text is not cool fyi- its actually rather painful) I tried to contact Greg's direct but funnily enough they had closed just in time. So not only has my driver patiently munched my meal in the Hampton carpark but I feel I may have been ghosted by Greg's (not the first time) Kind Regards Your for ever loyal and stupidly...

I recently visited the Serpentine Greggs during lunchtime and was disappointed with both the service and food quality. Despite three staff members being present at the front, they were busy with preparation and cleaning rather than serving a waiting customer. At peak hours, customer service should be a priority.

Additionally, the food quality at this branch is inconsistent. They claim to use measuring scoops, but it seems they don’t fill them properly. My sandwich was half-filled—hardly value for money. If I wanted to chew mostly bread, I’d just buy a plain bun elsewhere. In contrast, the Greggs in West Suffolk serves well-filled sandwiches with a much better balance of ingredients.

I hope area management steps in to improve service and quality here. Customers deserve better, and I’ll be keeping an eye on whether things improve. If you’ve had similar experiences, let’s make sure Greggs knows this...

This is simply one of the best greggs I’ve been to, everybody is so kind and caring and their staff just go above and beyond. Their staff care so much about their customers. I also recently ordered a greggs from here through just eat and it was one of the best experiences. The staff left a couple of really nice notes for me and it honestly made my day.
