Greggs — Restaurant in England

Not going to attend this branch anymore since "Karen" the till lady woke up and choose violence this very morning I guess?

I have bought a sausage, bean, and cheese melt which is supposed to be hot or warm at least as the name suggests. It was given to me cold, and I asked nicely if I can have it warmed up, to which Karen very aggressively answered that " Greggs doesn't sell hot food unless it is straight from the oven " please can someone explain to this lady again what is she selling actually and under what circumstances?

How come then when I buy a Southern friend chicken sandwich and ask to have it warmed up that's not an issue but Karen reckons, if it happens for you to go Greggs when they take stuff out the oven then fine you can have them hot and if you're not so fortunate to be around when they take stuff out the oven then you must have cold :-)))))))))))))) !!!!

The shop was not busy and I and my mate were the only ones in.

The ladies that were in today 14/12/2022 love to argue though, I've got lots of colleagues going there complaining about their attitude all the time.

It is December going on to Christmas now, is this even necessary?

Opened later than advertised. Staff said the internet was down on their systems so was unable to use my app which is intended to as it had money on it. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to a Greggs now (different locations) and been unable to use my gift card /app. Not great on the company really will have to speak to customer...

Baked goods are always cold and staff Refuse to warm them when asked, despite allowing the option for certain sandwiches. They also have a warmer for chicken wings, potato wedges, etc. The fact they charge more than the average High Street Greggs, but rarely serve hot food...
