Hot Box — Restaurant in England

Update: I've lowered my rating from 5 stars to 3 because it's closed at random times in the middle of it's opening hours. Why is it always closed when I arrive? I'm here at half 3 within the opening times but the shutters are closed. ?????? It's happened twice now.

Menu is 95% vegan which is great to see as Swindon is lacking in vegan options. All different kinds of vegan meats, vegan fish, vegan lamb, vegan chicken, and even vegan doner. I had a vegan lamb kebab wrapped in a naan, with lots of salad and sauces. Most of the dishes have an Indian twist, and it was absolutely incredible. Wow.... Now I usually eat meat kebabs I am not veggie or vegan but hands down best kebab I've had for a long while. Salad was fresh ..seasoned beautifully Paneer cheese sticks were so tasty also ..everything had full flavour and the chilli sauce was medium but still tangy Naan was very fluffy ..not soggy and very nice again. Usually nice enough food but let down by their lack of customer service. Placed an order and they confirmed it. They then decided after over 30 minutes later to cancel it with no communication or reason. The time before that, they put the wrong sauce on the chicken, which would have been fine had it not been hot sauce. Seems care and attention is lacking and not what...
