Last Nights Order (October 13th 2025): Chicken Pakoras (X5), Keema Pilau Rice, Large Mixed Kebab With Keema Naan And Garlic Mayo.

It’s been a while since we ordered from hotspot. Very disappointed with the food we received. The pictures attached were taken the day after ordering (Today October 14th 2025) to prove we pretty much left everything that was sent to us.

Starter, Chicken Pakoras: Usually, Hotspot make these quite well. It came to a shock to us when we received burnt batter and chicken. There was only 2 small pakoras that seemed edible, I assure you, appearance fooled us. Trying to bite into the ones left behind would for sure result with a trip to the dentist.

Side, Keema Rice: Usually, another piece on the menu that hotspot are good at making. Last night unfortunately wasn’t their night. The rice was hard, gritty and sank in oil. Uncooked rice with burnt and gritty bits that swam in oil was not a pleasant sight, nor was it a pleasant taste. We left this after 1 spoonful each.

Main, Large Mixed Kebab: All the meats were cold, Steak was tough as a boot, Keema Naan seemed uncooked, garlic mayo smelled off! Not to mention the box came burnt like it had caught fire on their cooking equipment, and splattered egg on the bottom of it!

We now feel sick and quite frankly robbed. Will not be returning and we recommend everyone to avoid also. We would appreciate if Hotspot would issue a refund, as I feel I could’ve burnt my own chicken, undercook my rice and sink the rest of my food in oil....

They couldn’t care less about you, ordered last night, confirmed, 2 hours later I drove there as they weren’t picking up the phone it was closed, another 1 hour 10 minutes later apps says it’s been delivered, called them today not even an apology I got ‘what address you calling from bruv’ I already spent 3 years not ordering from here as they’ve been terrible in the past but not getting food from here ever again, go maccies way more reliable and food is better and you’ll get it the same hour...

Cold chips slow service don't take card payments in fact I wouldn't recommend this place to. My worst enemy first time I've been will be my last disgusting the customer service is also second rate I rang to complain and was told to. Bring them back I'd come 2 miles to there shop so was not prepared to. Travel again how you are still. In business is beyond me I thinks it's about time you shut shop or get someone who knows how to run a good takeaway which...
