Iford Dixyland — Restaurant in England

I have been a loyal customer to Dixyland iford for as long as I can remember. My family have ordered from here since it opened all them years ago. It’s such a shame for me to write this but the poor food that has been served to us in recent months is so disappointing. I wrote a review a few weeks back which I later deleted because the owner contacted my partner to smooth things over. But after receiving the chicken once again in an inedible state I feel the need to write this. Ownership hasn’t changed but their food certainly has.

Edited: I’m rather shocked at the response I have received by honestly reviewing the food you have delivered to us in recent months. To be banned from ordering from you speaks volumes of your customer service which is utterly poor. To be told I’m cheeky, I have an attitude and that I’ve asked for extra? I’m sorry but I’ve never asked for extra. I’ve asked for good food. I’m not cheeky, and my attitude has always remained polite. With regards to showing how grateful we are, we have tipped your drivers many times, we even gave a lovely bloke who delivers £20 for being such a lovely bloke and delivering fast. Dixyland, or in my opinion dixyland paris! A great place to come for your dinner, especially if you don’t want to be let down.

Prices of dishes are reasonable, and the portion to price ratio is outstanding. The quality of kebab meat is superb, delivering stunning taste, especially when paired with garlic mayonnaise and your classic tomato and cucumber.

Every time i’ve ordered I have never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my food, this means that less time waiting, more time eating which is ideal especially when the food is absolutely delicious!

My family and I have had takeaways from Iford Dixyland for numerous years now and there is a clear reason why they’ve been going so long!

Their food honestly hits the spot and satisfies your tastebuds perfectly. Not only does it taste great, portion sizes are plentiful, and the food always arrives piping hot. Personal favourite is their Chilli Chicken Sandwhich and Spicy Chicken Bites! 🌶🍗

Staff are also very friendly and welcoming when collecting my orders. One of the best local kebabs/burger/chicken takeaway places!...
