Tried it twice, but never again. Our first experience sandwich was nicely presented with side salad garnish, but the Soya milk curdled in our coffee, so we asked for another coffee explained what had happened , There remark was if you use Soya milk you should that's what happens. My Husband had just been diagnosed Dairy intolerant so still new to us, and has never happened in other establishments. Second experience was even worse no salad garnish waited a good 20 minutes for our sandwiches, Asked for hot soya milk but still curdled in the coffee. A couple sat near us later on they got their sandwiches straight away, they asked this other couple if they minded somebody coming in with a big dog but didn't ask us for our opinion. When we went to settle our Bill we where charged for somebody elses meal and...
Read moreService was AWFUL. Food was OK. Iced coffee was minging, made with water and bad coffee beans was just gross. Asked for raspberry juice and got given a bottled summer fruits drink- cost £3! Polite staff but #customerservice ... When I went to leave was bid a good day, I went to the till and asked what normally happens when someone returns something, apparently they weren't aware it had been returned, nor questioned why half a plate of food came back. Offered a refund, which I said I'd gift it to someone (which I hope they do), in turn they offered my son a brownie which he declined (too polite). Now off to buy...
