These are facts that need to be seen by the owners and customers of this establishment

1. Food quality low, the chicken repeatedly has very unedible pieces of bone fragments and gristle in each meal, this ruins any enjoyment, I stopped eating the chicken or lamb doner a long time ago because of this reason

2. Prices have gone up considerably and repeatedly, small increases consistently, for this excellent food should be supplied which it isnt

3. Portion sizes have decreased overall, including fish sizes, also the containers are smaller

4. They still refuse to accept anything but cash even turning multiple customers away, this is very obvious and that is to avoid tax, most takeaways and many vans accept cash and cards nowadays

Please explore other food outlets in the area as this really is low...

Never used this restaurant before, came recommended, oh dear. Had chicken kebabs and salad. Tasted absolutely fine and looked OK, but was up at 5am with dreadful stomach upset, and have been in the bathroom most of today 😢 Whilst you can't specifically point a finger at individuals does seem odd that I am now suffering. What did seem odd was that whilst they were grilling my chicken, the manager was having some sort of heated conversation with the guy that was supposedly cooking my meal and pointing at the grill 13.00 Sunday, still rough as ole boots. Placed an order here at 6:15 for two burgers for delivery. No special requests at all and I live in the yateley area (near waitrose). I felt the need to record the call as it's happened multiple times and he's very rude. On the call I asked what the delay was and he told me 'busy' with a very sarcastic tone. He also said 'things get forgotten, it happens' and to 'get off the phone'. I've also taken pictures of the (cold) food that was delivered but am unable to upload yet. No further orders will be made by me and I strongly suggest that If you have a schedule to keep or if you are partial to a HOT meal, I strongly advise against you...
