Customer service poor. The attitude displayed by the manager shows she needs some refresher training. Displaying behaviour you ask your proprietors not to do is unacceptable
Firstly we were not asked to do anything we were spoken to in a manner which would upset anyone. This was my FIRST time out since lockdown and had we been advised on arrival about how things were being done it would have been helpful, as opposed to being spoken to like we were children. From when we first sit down to when we get home, me and my family are always going on and on about how much we love the experience! The accoutrements are hefty, the portions are perfected and the food itself is the kind of roast you'd dream of. Meal customisation is a breeze and the staff are perfect - me and my family have 'our server', and she treats us perfectly every time, though the same can be said for all of the staff! I'll be coming here as long as...
