Istanbul Mangal — Restaurant in England

I will never order from this place again. After ordering food from here previously & having had a good experience we were happy to order again. However, after being called by the restaurant to say no one answered when the delivery driver came, I insisted that the delivery driver had not been but was told that what I was saying was untrue. They eventually agreed to have a delivery man come back, to which cold food was delivered & part of the order was missing. When phoning to ask when the missing part would be delivered I was greeted with worst (& rudest) customer service I have EVER experienced - I was told that the missing part would not be delivered & that if I was not happy that was my problem. I was then hung up on.... twice! No offer of refund, no apologies.... Utter disgrace of...

There was an issue with the ordering system, when using the website and was charged 18.80 but unfortunately for legal reasons nothing could be done at the time and was asked to pop to shop next day, arrived showed my bank statment and after a quick phone call I was offered a full refund or a fresh order, well I love the food here great place and staff so naturaly when I smelt all the lovely food Being cooked my fat belly won the battle couldnt praise this place more also very nice to see the tables and chairs actualy being used in a place like this and not empty during the day only to be filled by half asleep drunkards at night, amazing place amazing staff highly recommend! :) :) Thank...

We ordered here for the first time tonight, because our favourite kebab place is closed for refurb. The food was so good, and the options for personalisation on the online ordering system was brilliant. Absolutely cannot fault that.

But the customer service was atrocious. My husband was made to feel like a massive inconvenience from the moment he stepped in to the shop, all he got was attitude from the guy serving. He was huffed at because he doesn't have a contactless card.

So we won't be going back again, we'll be going to the lovely...
