They have now introduced minimum spend on collection orders... yes you read that right, minimum spend on COLLECTION orders. Went to order a pizza and thought I would treat myself with the 10 'slices' I have built up which would entitle me to a 'free large pizza'... little did I know they have sneakily changed their Ts&Cs..
Now, if you wish to enter their wonderful store (the one thats wedged between two kebab shops on a horrendously busy traffic junction where to cross the road is dicing with death) you must effectively pay £4 for the priviledge!
In other words I had to consider buying an assortment of terrible things I just didnt want, such as their awful dips that taste like pond water (you really need to catchup with Dominos and PapaJohns - they are thrashing you on the dips front), overpriced garlic bread (the type you get in sainsburys for 60p but costs you £4 in this place) or overpriced drink (the type that costs 47p in aldi but costs over £2 here for a smaller bottle).
Wont be returning and will instead be letting my slices expire out of principle and going to competitors - at least you can get a decent dip in dominos or Papajohns (except the 'special' garlic dip for the latter which...
Read moreFood was the standard you’d expect, but they wouldn’t serve me at the counter. I stood and patiently waited for 10 minutes, still no one came so I rang the landline to ask to be served. A guy answered and said “Hi. Yeah we’re busy, you need to wait”.
He eventually came to the counter to take my order and I waited another 20 minutes for the food. While I was waiting another customer came in and experienced the same thing, the same guy came out after a long wait and said to the customer “yeah we can’t hear you because the door’s open” with a rude tone. How is that our issue? Why isn’t someone standing at the counter waiting to accept orders?

Read moreWe booked our pizza for 7pm as I work nights, so wanted to have it booked before I left. However come 7:30 the pizzas had no arrived yet. So I called Pizza Hut Chippenham, and spoke with Steve. Steve brilliantly handled the call and thanked us for our patience, he explained that the issue has arose due to deliveroo being understaffed and delayed
After the delivery arrived we opened the pizzas and found one was wrong, called and spoke with Steve again to explain what had happened. While on the call we realised that we had ordered the wrong one!
Steve was brilliant and personally delivered the correct one for us, as an apology for the service and delay. So, this 5star review goes out to...
