Rude and unprofessional treatment from the chef after a mistake was made with the order.

Chef insisted the order was correct even though it wasn't. I had to explain to the chef from their own app what the correct order was.

Chef became very angry afterwards. He made the correct order but refused to discuss what the root cause of the issue was with us further.

I asked to speak to a manager but Chef said he was the only one in the shop.

Chef ignored everything else I said and dumped the correct order on the counter before storming back into the kitchen.

I have been ordering from here on regular basis because I like the food. Will think twice now.

As far as I know the owners of this establishment are friendly and have a passion for good food. I imagine they would be disappointed to know how their workers are treating customers.

An absolutley brilliant place to eat, if you want a local, family friendly experience into a world that will culturally enlight your tastebuds. The nachos were warm and crisp, with a generous array of authentic mexican sauces including a piping hot chilli con carne pot to dip with. The chilli con carne burger had meat that would melt in your mouth and leave you wanting that next bite so much sooner. And the cream cheese jalapenos were served freshly cooked, still sizzling as they arrived at the table which made the experience much better. Overall a perfect experience however i think some authentic mexican music on a low to medium volume is in order to add the cherry on the perfectly atmospheric cake. Excellent food- ordered tacos and the sizzling platter. The pork and chicken choices were amazing. Manuel (manager ) went above and beyond to cater to our gluten free needs. The chef made us special corn wraps and tacos. Really grateful and will be ordering from here once again very soon. We have already recommended this place to our friends...
