Kaspa’s Chatham Dockside — Restaurant in England

I don’t often write bad reviews, but if I could, I would give this -5 stars. On arrival, staff told us to sit “wherever you like” no menus offered to us. The seat and flooring was sticky. The service, non-existent. 2 members of staff on the counter while others were sat around chatting. Part of our order was completely forgotten, until we reminded them. One lady appeared behind the counter grooming her shock of blonde hair, which must have been a health and safety violation and certainly a food hygiene violation. When the order finally arrived, it was practically thrown on the table. I would think all of the staff here, with the exception of one, could do with some serious training on customer service, food hygiene and health & safety. Wish we'd had the staff other people have mentioned in their reviews. Food was okay but the staff had just escaped from nursery. Kept messing around with the music, shouting at each other and play fighting. Would've been much better off spending their time cleaning and tidying the place. One of them did start that before we left but had headphones on while doing it. I can see why there's never anyone in there. Two staff behind the till just stared at us and didn't say anything when we were walking out. "You're welcome, don't worry we won't be back!" Been here a couple of times before. Food was nice but not great customer service. Today was awful. Four dirty tables, two had not been cleared the other two when we lifted menus up they had ice cream under. Went up to counter to order. One lady was really trying with the till but struggling. The other lady (blonde curly hair tied back) stood ignoring the queue and her colleague in difficulty by looking at her phone. Apart from being rude and disrespectful to her colleague, this is a food hygiene issue.
