Kaspa's Bracknell — Restaurant in England

I order for the first time from the bracknell kaspas from deliveroo 2 shakes and a banana and Nutella waffle, the waffle was lovely but the 2 shakes 1 was oreo and the other was reeces cups shake, after drinking I realised it had left a weird after taste in my mouth I couldt work out so I took the paper staw away and used a plastic straw in one of my own cups and still tasted funny, I asked my partner to try his and he had the same but could t work out what was the weird taste? I drank half mine and felt very sick after (I've had an oreo milkshake before so I know I like them) I felt very unwell all night and the next day. My partner didn't drink his and kept it in the fridge. My partner Contacted bracknell kaspas to be told it wouldn't be from the milkshake and their is nothing I can do and that we both had the same after taste from the milkshake that wasn't right no refund just to be told its the vanilla extract they use as people have complained before, if this has been previously mentioned why would you not change the ingredients of the vanilla extract as others have complained? I dont think it was this and the milk or ice cream was off as it has a distinctive taste to not be offered a refund just to be told its nothing to do with the kaspas being ill yet 2 milkshakes had the same off taste can not be a coincidence, It was a waste of a phone call to tell them as nothing was done or offered, yet if you was at a restraint and was not happy with your meal or an issue with it the item would be replaced or refunded. I'm very disappointed and will not be using them again. I have filled out an inquiry online as you said and had a reply of to contact deliveroo so...

Really poor service. We visited prior to watching a movie today (27th Oct) and ordered a waffle with 2 scoops of ice cream. Nothing difficult. 25 mins later still no waffle. I then see the guy who served us sit down and eat his own waffle! Then a guy who was behind us and ordered after us got his waffle before we did. We immediately sought a refund with no apology for the fact that an employee made his own waffle before making for a customer and someone who ordered the same thing after us getting theirs before us. Really haphazard service, definitely not made better with the curse of uber/insert other take away services. These seem to have taken precedence over customers in the restaurants in person these days. Then the staff couldn't administer a refund and that took a further 10 minutes. Plus the waffle which arrived as we were getting our refund...

Went around 8pm on a Monday to try new desert place, had high hopes but unfortunately was disappointed. The restaurant was not busy, roughly 4 other tables occupied however was very slow service - they were prioritising delivery orders before in house customers based on the amount of uber eats and deliveroo people coming in and out. And when our orders did arrive they were cold (meant to be hot cookie dough and crepes) and they were missing toppings ordered. As they took over 30 minutes to arrive we didn't ask for them to be remade just to have the additional missing toppings which we recieved quickly as got them ourselves by waiting at the counter. Hopefully what we experienced was just the new store adjusting to customer demand, but not recommending at the moment. Menu basically the same as any other high street desert chain and...
