I am appalled by the quality of drink I received yesterday. I ordered a cookies and cream bubble tea and received a watery mess. I watched the worker blend a scoop of chocolate powder with a jug of water before adding tapioca pearls and MORE ice. The drink cost almost £5 and was not drinkable. After the first sip I threw away the ice and a lot of the drink to see if the taste was any better but it was in fact consistently terrible. Calling it a waste does not begin to describe what I received. The drink is almost the same price as a milkshake that uses actual ingredients in their drink which makes things even worse because it would cost sub 20p for the chocolate powder, tap water and tapioca pearls concoction. The website states milk tea and no milk was used at all. There is no cookies and cream, only watery garbage. Calling it a joke does not even begin to describe the situation. I am beyond appalled. Do not go here if you are looking for a drink. There are other places near by that does bubble tea cheaper and properly, places that doesn't even use water.

We ordered the M&M waffle with the peanut flavour M&M and M&M bade. It was an M&M overloaded!!! Fortunately you cannot do a mix of all three M&M flavours world problems! My friend ordered the Oreo with white chocolate sauce waffle we both had ice cream with our waffles. Great service came really quickly quality food and we also had super friendly staff with a great sense of humour which enhanced the evening. Definitely go again. Only downside was the toilet was a bit rundown I needed a new handle on the door but apart from that everything was spot on and really good prices.

Menu could do with a children's portion But then you could go to counter and make one up .But not sure how that would work in price . .Me and my grandson it was our first time ever going here heard lovely good reviews .As I hardly.get out to see what is on offer .I did a day out for Rayhaan and well I was very impressed .I will be going again in the next week But I look more to see allergy's .As I'm allergic to peanuts and other nuts . Great vibes nice music .Maybe a few Motown ☺️ yes I loved it Thankyou worth the wait . We be back that's a must . Sandra 🌹

Had some desserts here with friends, very nice place, great atmosphere wish I could have stayed longer....vast choice of desserts and drinks, too much too choose from....enjoyed my vist would definitely recommend and return.... returned recently and was a little disappointed...coffee cold and chewy crepe...most disappointed with the staff, worried about the management as they all looked sooo unhappy...stayed for 2 hours and not a smile from any of the 6 staff behind the counter , atmosphere totally different, felt rather toxic, sorry guys 😕

A beautiful little American deserts restaurant serving pancakes, waffles, cookie doughs, cakes, & puddings and more topped with sprinkles, chocolate and caramel sauces, fresh fruit, chocolates, and all the garnishing under the son, also caters for gluten free customers like myself... Does teas, coffees, milkshakes, chais and bubble tea aswell... A grrat place to go after your meal or for a little snack...

Visited Kaspa's for my 40th at the beginning of the year it was a work day and not particularly busy. My order was pancakes and my partners cheesecake both with coffee. It took 30 minutes just to get our coffees. The pancakes once I got them were delicious. Unfortunately I know several people who have had to wait far to long for their desserts.
