KFC — Restaurant in England

First of all. The guy who served us was rather rude. No hello or thank you's. Pretty much threw the bag of food at me....I'm a manager in hospitality myself and i would never let myself or my staff treat customers like that...manners mean everything. We ordered 4 meals with extras...which cost us over £50. Got home and all of the drinks were pure soda water, syrup had obviously ran out, how he didnt notice that when pouring them is beyond me, maybe he did and couldn't be bothered....that was his attitude. It was getting dark outside so we didn't notice until we arrived home So no drinks with our meals!!! My husband had supercharger wrap meal.....the way that wrap was thrown together was appalling. Paying 9.99 for a wrap with one bit of lettuce in it and smidgen of sauce and 1 mini fillet is disgusting for that price. Our mini fillet burgers were completely dry too we had 3 of them. The rest of the meals were ok, specially with our 7ish fries with each of them. I've always visited this store in the past and never had a problem, in fact I've always thought it was the best one in our area. But time round was one of the worst KFC meals we've ever had and like I said the staff need to do better with customer service. I don't think i will return...

What an absolute shambles of a business. They accepted by order (Uber East) then didn't bother to tell me that they couldn't be bothered to make it. Sat here for an hour where they kept adding 10 minutes on to the delivery time. They then tried to blame their problem on Uber saying that they are the ones who accepted it. I've worked in a restaurant that supports Uber deliveries and it is the restaurant that accepts the order, not Uber.

So waist an hour of my time then lie to my about it. You'll should be discussed with yourselves. Just a shame that I can't score them lower...

Today was totally bad service people in way after us served and gone was waiting over 20mins think it was a manager came out talking to staff and pointing at screen.shop empty now and still waiting.yes finely food was her with extras put in and an apology.just luckly it was only for my children because if it was for me I would have had my insulin and things could have been a lot different outcome as need to eat 15 mins...
