Krispy Kreme Swindon — Restaurant in England

I was in a sullen mood wondering around the outlet, you know how it is when you are looking for just that one certain thing and you can't find it anywhere ! I thought i would treat myself to my favourite doughnut. Young man was extremely polite an professional, although he made me sadder because he was explaining why the limited edition Reeses doughnuts may never come back, he really went out of his way to cheer me, he'll remember me, he is a credit to your company and takes pleaseure in looking after customers. So nice to see in this day and age ! Approximately 12.30 on Sunday 13th July...

Absolutely dreadful service on this last Friday 14 June, the server banging the doughnuts and utensils around, left the holding stand where doughnuts are kept wide open and unzipped, who knows for how long. Terrible attitude from the girl working the counter. Don't think I will ever return to this branch of krispy kreme, shame as I buy 12 a week as a treat...
