KFC Swindon FC Great Western — Restaurant in England

Tried to charge me the sugar tax for 3x Pepsi max, then didn’t ask what dips we wanted (included with the meal) so had to go back to counter, also served me coleslaw and beans but didn’t provide forks so had to go back to the counter again. At no point was a ‘sorry’ given for any of these issues. When I was being served a lady complained she didn’t get the correct number of pieces of chicken and although she was given another piece was not issued an apology either. Visited about 10.30 on weekday morning. Very few persons eating, possibly 6 in total, all youngsters. Wife and I had Chicken burger and chips. Chips were already standing in paper packets behind the counter, rows of them!! Why, I've no idea as there was not a crowd queuing to order.. I fed back our experience to the lady who served us, that was that the chips were luke warm and within 2mins stone cold. Burger itself was only slightly better. The bun it was in was possibly the worst I've ever tasted, it also just fell apart when you picked it up. Waste of good money. Only compliments we have are for the cleaner who immediately cleaned the tables after anyone...

Order was incorrect, forgot drinks,forgot items from order,waited 30 minutes seeing my meal go from one end of the restaurant to the other,when wanted customer service, employees didnt even acknoledge me for 20 minutes even when one woman wasnt actually doing anything and was overseeing others. Kiosks dont even work for QR code scans. When questioning why it wouldnt take my code, they told me to go and have my order taken at the till where of which there wasnt even member of staff waiting for me when i originally planned to take my order there, which is why i went to the kiosk. Overall horrible customer service, worst KFC ive visited in England...
