Absolutely blown away by this little find in humble Bedford!

I've visited on a couple of occasions in the last month, once on Easter Sunday with a large group, and once on a Tuesday evening. On both occasions we were super impressed. I was almost hesitant to make the first booking as this place is quite tucked away from the High Street and I hadn't heard of it before.

The Easter Sunday menu was delicious, and the Sunday Roast which they had put on specially for the day was genuinely one of the best roasts I've had in a restaurant, including some that were much much more expensive!

The staff were really friendly throughout and very accommodating to my family who can be very difficult customers to please. Really lovely wine and cocktail selection and a menu that has plenty to suit all tastes. Was very pleasantly surprised to find that even on a Tuesday night they were quite busy.

You can feel that the kitchen take pride in what they serve, which always comes out looking the part, in a timely fashion, and tasting delicious. Would thoroughly recommend booking and giving this place a go. Looking forward to coming back and hope the high standard of service and food...

To top it all off, the owner is an absolute legend… warm, charismatic and clearly the heart and soul of La Terrazza. You can feel his passion in every corner of the place and it’s what elevates the experience from great to exceptional.

La Terrazza really exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with elegant but relaxed decor — perfect for a comfortable yet special dinner.

The food was outstanding. Every dish we tried was packed with flavour and beautifully presented. The pasta was fresh and cooked perfectly, and the seafood was spot on — tender, tasty and clearly high quality. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients and care about what they serve.

Service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive and made us feel welcome without being too much. They gave great recommendations and checked in at just the right times.
