Las Vegas Grill — Restaurant in England

My family and I ate here Sunday for lunch. My son and I had fish. He had cod I had haddock. My other son had a cheeseburger and chips and my wife had scampi and chips. We had to wait a while but it was worth it. Cooked to order and the fish was superb. Good flavour and crispy batter and not greasy at all. (Unlike the bag of oil I got once from a fish n chip shop nearby on the same side of the road.) The chips were great too. The portions were good in size. Ample anyway. My sons silence meant the burger was nice too. And it was a large lump of beef. The only weird thing was as we wanted to sit at the tables outside in the sun that meant that we were classed as a takeaway. Therefore we had to order from the window outside. Which was absolutely fine but the menu was then limited to fish n chips or burgers or scampi. I'm sure there is a perfectly good reason for this and it was fish n chips we went for. Except my wife wanted the scampi salad but it wasn't on the takeaway menu. Only if we ate indoors. ? It wouldn't put me off returning. It was the best fish n chips I've had in a...

Visited this establishment today and was thoroughly disgusted by the so-called "assistant manager's" attitude and Interpersonal skills. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Entered and asked to use the restroom with permission of the young lady and intentions to make a purchase. We were then stopped by the assistant manager and got asked to leave and spoken to like utter crap. Despite him having zero context of the conversation we had with the other staff, we were approached with a combative attitude because my disabled aunt and kids wanted to use the restroom despite her having a disabled access card that states that she should have urgent access to any toilet without question.

Young man, let's pray you never find yourself with a disability or have kids. You ought not to work in a customer service role. Please heal from whatever is hurting you instead of projecting your anger and sickening...

Honestly can’t fault the food it was ok but the service was absolutely shocking. Ordered 2x fish & chips , 1x chicken burger & chips, 1x sausage in batter & chips & a quarter pounder & chips. 3x cola 1x tea 1x water

Bill was almost £56 fair price Waited around 20 mins for the tea ended up going back up and asking where it was and boy with curly hair said I ain’t made it yet. Now I wouldn’t mind but we was only ones in there. So he made it brough it over with no spoon so I asked for a spoon he threw it on the counter and shouted spoons there.

Good took a good 45/50 mins to come out. Like I said can’t really fault the food but the service was so bad. That remember of staff was so rude and had we paid cash o would have asked for money back but wasn’t waiting for a refund when it’s their terrible service. Never...
