Dogs are allowed, clean and tidy walked in 11.47 Breakfast finishes at 11.45 we asked if any chance of a Breakfast they said no cannot do you a Breakfast yet my partner could order a Breakfast burger that contained all Breakfast items all that was missing was beans as it wasn't busy they wasn't rushed off there feet you would think they would be accommodating. So I had a jacket potatoe nicely presented tiny potatoe and partners burger came out well presented. First time visiting the area at lot of other places was closed so was nice to be able to get food somewhere that the dogs can sit inside.

We had a day out in Looe and decided to pop in to this very cute little cafe for a light lunch. Opted for the 'soup of the day', a little expensive at £6.55 with a slice of bread and butter, but were hoping for something quite delicious. It was nice, definitely not homemade, and had the taste of a basic tinned vegetable supermarket soup. We couldn't quite decide whether it was Sainsburys or Lidl 🤔 Now I'm not adverse to eating tinned soup at home, but I do begrudge paying almost 7 quid for it when I'm out.

Lovely cafe, very clean, looks freshly decorated. Food is as lovely and the service was excellent. However it was a little pricey but worth the money.

Well most people seem to think that this is a good place. Not on our experience today Sun 29/5. We went in and spent 45mins waiting for our food, and that was just part of the problem. Now it was a busy day in Looe and most places were overrun and that should have been a warning. We were served within 5 mins so not bad, coffee and tea arrived within 15 but then where was our food. Now I accept as per the sign that they don't do fast food but fresh food as fast as possible. That is acceptable to me but no warning as to the length of wait, the people served after us were warned of a long wait for food but no indication of the time to allow. So a simple order of two sandwiches a bowl of chips and one of onion rings turned into a farce. Whilst we were waiting it was impossible to ignore the numerous incorrect deliveries to tables lucky enough to be actually fed. One observation that we made is that one lady server who charged around the place returned from a storage area clutching a number of Panini rolls to her bosom, obviously no basic food handling course completed by this individual. !! Whilst sitting waiting forlornly for our food I did get to show the staff how to change a paper roll on the card reader. This was the highlight of our visit and 5 mins later our food arrived, the onion rings were burnt and at £3 for a portion I expected real ones not oven burnt rings and there were only 4 of them, so the chips looked ok but the first and thinnest was not cooked in the middle and the final insult having clearly TWICE stated the order as being salad free and on white bread we were served granary and salad. It was time to leave Hungry...

My wife went into the cafe and ordered drinks, they came in due course, delivered by a very pleasant member of female staff. I had occasion to go back into the cafe to use the toilet facilities, they were in the corner of the room the door displaying a toilet sign, I went to use the facilities when a male member of staff shouted you cannot use these they are for staff only. I said it doesn't say so, he then shut the door. I showed him my card which was given to me stating that the holder of this card has a medical condition and needs to use the toilet facilities urgently. He said he didn't care and that they were staff toilets. I explained that I had surgery for bowel cancer and I have to use the toilet frequently. His reply was that's your problem not mine. If this is how they treat paying customers, I...

This was our 3rd visit. Two last year and today. The lady who served us unfortunately had the charism of a dead star fish. If she had of smiled I think she may of caused herself an Injury. We had 4 toasties, loaded fries and some goujons. £70 later and I've gotta say it was not worth the money. Overcooked halumi, undercooked bacon! A toastie not even toasted to start off with! No white bread and loaded frozen fries with undercooked bacon and half a tub of mayo for £12. Unfortunately value for money this was not! For £70 I couldn't even get service with a smile, very very disappointed, we won't be eating here again. Mediocre food, below mediocre service, and bank balance breaking cost. Oh and if you need to spend a penny that's a 5 minute journey there and back to your food as there are...
