Lords High Street Chippy — Restaurant in England

If i could give this zero stars then i would do that in an instant, when i ordered my food i specifically ordered it without salad on two of the items, i also ordered a kebab as a small, so when i got it delivered, i noticed that both of the items had salad, the kebab came as a large so when i called to tell them they sent the order wrong i was told it was me that made the mistake and i know i didnt make the mistake and to add salt to the wound their app doesnt allow you to see your order, so all in all the customer service was horrendous, the people that run the place have no clue how to deal with bad orders half the food came cold so ive now got 40 pounds worth of food sat in the bin.. Thanks lords.. Thanks for taking my money and in return serving me useless junk honestly do not attempt to buy food from here theres plenty of places better, i recommend red cafe or wishbones or...

This was super, first visit in a very long time, we were hungry so we had a large cod each,& shared a standard chips, good job i didn't buy a fishcake as well, there was so much. The fish was cooked beautifully from fresh, I love fish& chips, especially fish, but there was no way we could eat it all, so we had it next day. I wrapped it in foil, & heated it through in the airfryer to make sure was hot all the way through then took the foil off for 5 minutes to crisp up the batter, & it worked really well. It cost £18, & that did 2 of us 2 nights with the fish, & we ate all the chips the first night, good value,& very friendly, we will be going here from now on for our fish & chips. We also managed to pull in a space outside the chip shop, but sometimes the parking could be a bit difficult as people always park down the high street, but dont let that put you off as is well...

Great food, tbf, one of the best in town. Sometimes the food is cold when you get it delivered, so i just pick it up now but not always convenient which says to me it has sat in the bag for a while before it gets to me so probably to many delivery spots or not enough drivers something to think about but the food is allway spot on when I pick it up and allways get my order correct never anything missing. also have the option to eat your food at the table...
