Very quiet lunch time that we went. Staff were very friendly from the start. Service was excellent.

Food was very good, great choice and great sized potions. It was served at the right pace, we didn't feel rushed. It was very family friendly environment.

We haven't been to this restaurant for a very long time, we used to enjoy it. So we took a chance today and it didn't disappoint.

There is limited parking available on site, but other areas are only a very short walk away.

Overall a very nice dinning out experience. Great value for money.

Disgusting! Ordered takeaway from Hartlepool Eats, order over 30 minutes late, rang restaurant and they couldn’t find my order and were rude. Delivery driver was stressed and rude. Food was stone cold, carbonara tasted and looked like a COOP ready meal, as if cold wasn’t bad enough by adding bland tasteless and watery they really topped the dish off! Garlic bread was freezing. Dining there may be different but wouldn’t recommend their takeaway food to anyone. Not authentic Italian cooked food - pizza shop garlic bread and ready meal standard...

My first time visit, nice atmosphere and the manageress was very helpful.

As our starter we had the potato skins, which were fantastic!

Unfortunately a big let down on the main course, the chicken in the Alfredo and Con polo pastas was very hard and not good.

I was offered a replacement but instead accepted 10% reduction on the bill.

Overall good value for money, if the chicken had been right it would have been 4 stars.

On a side note, the plates should have been hot not warm. we will return with the promise that their chicken is...
