Masala Lounge — Restaurant in England

First time I've ordered from Masala Lounge and it will be the first of many!

I had to cancel my order through Just Eat as soon as I ordered as my fat thumbs hit the finish button prematurely and then did it correctly straight away.

When the order arrived we were missing a few items but they were the ones I put on the re order after I messed up so probably a technical error and I take some of the blame!

I called the restaurant stright away and was met by an extremely understanding, professional and helpful call handler! He quickly sorted our order and had it delivered in record time! 👏

I've travelled up and down the country and this is without a doubt the best Indian food and customer...

Enjoyed one of the best curry's I have had in Hartlepool. Chicken tikka chat was the best ever and for main, The balti was packed with flavour with just a lovely hit of spice. I cannot fault my experience with exceptional service in a well run and lovely clean and tidy environment . All finished off with a refreshing pint or 2 of Cobra. This was on Friday when the special was on and there was no compromising on the quantity of food provided, both dishes packed with chicken. If you have never been it is definitely somewhere you should try. I hope like me you will be impressed and it will now be my goto...

Never been before and so glad we came! Was initially worried that because it was quiet it was for a reason, no need to be at all Chicken tikka starter was beautiful, not greasy or oily and super tasty. Dips and poppadoms all delicious. I ordered lamb shaslick which came on a red hot skillet, and was super tasty. My other half got tikka masala and said it was the best he'd had. It was 5 courses on a £10.95 special so even more amazing. Will defo use for any Indian meals we fancy...
