This is a great spot if you're looking for nicely done Neapolitan style with tasteful topping combos. Had the pickled peppadew and found the chorizo, peppadew peppers and chili oil worked really well together for a spicy/sour kick.

I had a bit of a strange experience with service tonight though, not sure if itthings were off because of the weather: My party of 2 showed up around 6 to share a flight and to order 2 pies to go. We didn't have reservations and the place was packed, but the server that greeted us said she would ask her higher-up to see if we could be accommodated. She advised since we were just sharing a flight they could arrange a makeshift spot for us by pulling up 2 chairs by the kitchen, in front of the restrooms. I'm grateful because it is a popular spot with limited seating and was packed. Shortly after we got our flight we saw a table of 4 became available and we asked if we could move. The higher-up said we could sit there but only until the next party arrived which would be in 10 minutes. I thought this meant they had another reservation coming soon, so we agreed to move there but finish our drinks quickly. After a few minutes we decided to place our pizza orders to go and started on our flight. Then the higher-up approached us again and reiterated that we now only had 5 mins and if the next party arrived before we finished our drinks he'd have to ask us to leave. It didn't feel great being told this but it was fair as he warned us. However after 5 mins were up the higher-up asked the server to move us to the bar seating by the window which just opened up. We just went along and again, I'm grateful we now had spots and weren't asked to leave. However after some time passed we looked back at the larger table we were moved from and saw that no "Reserved" sign was placed on it like with other tables and no-one showed up. This left me with the impression that the higher-up wanted to free-up that table of 4 even though there was no reservation in anticipation of a bigger walk-in party. From a business perspective I get it, a potential party of 4 coming in for a dine-in meal is more lucrative than 2 people sharing a flight and getting takeout. But from a customer service perspective, I felt this definitely could have been handled better. I was eager to try/support this place because it has great reviews and is a local establishment, but I felt our feelings were not reciprocated based on how our experience was handled.
