Fingerprints Delicafe — Restaurant in England

I recently paid a visit to this deli/cafe with high hopes, only to be met with a cascade of disappointments. The staff, unfortunately, lacked the basic courtesy and warmth you'd expect when dining out. Their demeanor was off-putting, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that overshadowed the entire experience.

The food, sadly, didn't fare any better. The dishes served were far from appetizing, lacking both flavor and finesse. The long wait for the food only amplified the disappointment when it finally arrived, making the whole ordeal even more frustrating.

The surroundings were another cause for concern. The lack of hygiene was evident, raising questions about the overall cleanliness and sanitation practices of the establishment. In a time when cleanliness is paramount, such negligence is a red flag.

All in all, my experience at this restaurant was a stark reminder that not all eateries live up to expectations. I hope the management takes note and works towards rectifying these issues for a better dining experience...

shame to leave a negative review but the place really is overpriced not particularly friendly and not particularly welcoming. £6 I was charged for a so-called toasted sandwich which was basically two pieces of bread with a slice of cheese and a slice of ham in the middle plant together and heat it up for £6. I don’t think this is particularly good value and I wouldn’t mind paying extra as I do quite frequently but I didn’t find a service particularly friendlyAnd I found the place to be very stuffy inside not very comfortable and it stank when I left my clothes stink as well I didn’t think this was meant to be a greasy spoon type place that really that’s all it is but the prices give the impression that it is a slightly more upmarket establishment in what is a lovely area...

I have been a recurring customer. Buying the vegan chilli almost every week. It’s been my favourite thing to eat and with there being limited vegan places to eat at it has saved me at times. The only issue is they have seemed to change the recipe without saying anything and I no longer like it. It’s more watery, doesn’t have the consistency or flavour like it used to and isn’t very nice at all. I’m so gutted because i loved it so much. it isn’t the cheapest thing to order but I was happy to pay because it was so nice but now with them making the portions smaller and changing the recipe it doesn’t seem to be worth it at all :( I really hope it goes...
