Masala 22 — Restaurant in England

Good food; not spectacularly good that I'd instantly get on the phone and tell all my friends, but certainly enjoyable. Service is ok, nice and quick and efficient, but not the warmest nor most welcoming.

Basically, no complaints. It's a decent Indian restaurant with above average food, pricing about what you'd expect, service efficient.

Wouldn't book it for a 'special' meal out, but wouldn't avoid it either.

Only slight bugbear is parking. There's not much of it. We were lucky and got a space, but at a weekend, with other restaurants and takeaways sharing the same parking spaces, I suspect it may be a struggle to park close by.

Don't be put off, but don't rush to book immediately... It's good,...

Had the most fantastic meal at Masala 22 for my birthday. 10 of us went along, food order taken quickly and efficiently, food arrived hot, plentiful and very tasty. My husband booked the table before our visit where upon they offered to provide a cake which was the best birthday cake I have ever had. A Happy Birthday banner hung above our table which all made for a very enjoyable evening. 5* Masala 22, thank you...
