yesterday I attended mac Donalds on cherry tree Road. I ordered my food at drive thru and when I approached she asked me for my 1.99 voucher . I showed her and she said it was outdated . Which it is , but day before I used it and I asked for a new one they said they don't have any just use that one for time been. I explained that and she said no your not using it , I said that was a bit rude . So I asked for a manager . Manager came even before I could speak she was like you can't use it you need to move on. Not giving me chance to explain or even the offer to pay for my food . Was embarrassing and they were smirking why being rude plus 2 staff members from other entrance where you collect food was staring . How can they treat someone like that . I asked if there was a other manager, and a young man came n said if you don't move I'm ringing the police . Wow I had my daughter in the car and it scared her massively. Read moreOrdered via the Macdonalds app to once again have a large item missing double qtr pounder with cheese. £6.09 according to the app. On phoning store for help on what to do twice I was instructed to request refund for item via uber (just the company that delivered it not the store that admitted fault). Was offered a replacement if I could make it to the restaurant a 1.5 or so away. Being home with children and no transport at the time I declined. Over 1 hour attempting the very confusing instructions on this I received email of my item refund up to 15 days hence. "Item description :20% off whole order -5.79" then"flat fee refund item -2.82" "Total refund £2.82" 👏 At least I'll be able to get the bus to work with that in 3 weeks time 🤣🤣. Tbf last time PayPal decided I was a liar and didn't refund (someone else's much much smaller order). I hadn't ordered in maybe a year but I'd had a long day.
