McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Ordered a toffee sundae. Severed by a lady who proceeded to prepare said sundae. Attempted to use one pump of the toffee sauce dispenser which clearly a needed renewing. She tried to make what little sauce that came out spread around the cup which failed miserably. This is where she excels herself. She then squirts about a 3 to 4 inch length of icecream and tries whip this round the inside edge of the whole cup....only to succeed in it landing in the middle at the bottom of the cup then twist and the rest falls on to that. Now the cup which doesn't hold that much to start with when full is handed to me with the lid then pressed on. There is basically the tiniest bit of sauce in the cup with a matching tiny amount of ice cream...Just so the sauce isn't intimidated by the size of the ice cream dollop I assume. I proceeded to ask her can she sort this out for me please. She says no....that's the measure you get. I know this to be false as both dispensers for sauce and ice cream are down to the server. So I take it that she is just too lazy to attempt to do her job to the best of her ability and actually making a toffee sundae that actually reaches the brim of the cup is way beyond her skill... or am I...

Totally unexpected visit, gobsmacked to discover the silver service table placings, and the ornate candelabras on each table. The string quartet set up by the condiment table were a joy, regaling customers with a varied selection of songs, their version of Paranoid Android by Radiohead was a particular delight. 3 stars only as this being McDonald's, the food was the usual highly calorific rubbish. I wasn't there through choice, as was with others who do frequent McDonald's, so just made do with pancakes and syrup, the pancakes were the CD sized ones you get out of a packet at Asda, and were blander than whatever last year's XFactor winners song sounded like, and of course, my coffee, which must have been heated by nuclear frission, such was the intense heat, which meant I was only able to drink it after about 30 minutes. Indeed, the lady behind the counter had to don padded gauntlets before picking up the cup with tongs. I had to make do with wrapping a serviette around it upon receiving it, and could see the bones in my hand as it glowed orange. Also, no sight of Ronald McDonald at any time...

Sat in and ordered via machine for table service restaurant was empty sat and waited over 10 minutes for food which I thought wasn't too bad as we'd ordered food with ingredients added or removed from 3 meals. However staff including managers stood around having a laugh which is all good and well yet they prioritized drive thru and deliverys I watched as my food was bagged then unbagged and just left on a tray while the carrying on continued then they placed tray on counter to wait for someone else to do table service which there was no staff on restaurant floor! So I went and got it! Food was cold ingredients in when wanted out and no added in others by this point we ate what I would class as waste food and left! I then tried to call for manager on phone to have no answer. Not first time at this restaurant this has happened poor service and...
