Visited this branch ordered food for 8 people and had horrible customer service from the staffs Priya and Maedow ( pink haired lady). Told her one item was missing and priya while serving told us that she would bring the last item a little later as it was still being prepared . After waiting for like 20-30 mins when like my group of 8 ppl were done eating whatever was served we went to the counter to ask if we were gonna get the replacement items which was 20 nuggets as promised by them as they don’t have a option to refund neither do they have common sense to update the items which were unavailable after this meadow talked to her manager who in the 1st place was the one who said she is going to give the replacement item and then she acted like she’s not aware of it then called out Priya’s name asking her what happened there and asking if she have the nuggets and there was a confusion so then Maedow ( the pink haired staff) told me she had to come and check our tables to see if it’s there this is when I totally felt insulted she talked to us as if we were lying and scamming her then I said pls come and check . She came along checked without even taking the bill to see the number of items she just pointed at the pack of 20 pieces of nuggets on the table where the kids were sitting. Then we showed her the bill saying it was ordered by us and the one we were asking for was the replacement of the cheesy bites which was unavailable but payed for . After showing the bill Maedow realized she had made a mistake and went and got the nuggets she served it to us with a bad attitude and her face showing anger she’s the worst and she extremely disrespectful and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience caused from her side felt like they were trying hard to scam us but we had to keep on going behind them to ask and force them to serve even though we payed. Some staffs just make the customers feel like we need to beg for the food and her attitude to talk to us like we are thieves or something is just unacceptable. No manners no courtesy this Mac Donald’s has got lots of bad reviews I have no idea why the management never take the reviews into consideration and appoint staff that actually do some good work. I am beyond appalled by the shocking experience my family and I had at this McDonald's location today. It was, without question, the worst dining experience we've ever encountered. I ordered a simple hamburger with only ketchup as a customization for my 3-year-old daughter. What we received was nothing short of a disaster.
First, they handed us chicken nuggets instead of the hamburger. When I went back to correct this, the cashier demanded to see a receipt, even though I explained that the self-service machine hadn't printed one and provided my order number, which was 068. She repeated this three times before finally acknowledging the issue. To make matters worse, she then asked again what the customization was, despite it being clearly stated.
After waiting an additional five minutes, we finally received the replacement order. However, as we drove off and my daughter opened her burger, we found that they had completely ignored our only request: to add ketchup. The one thing we asked for, and they couldn't be bothered.
But that wasn’t even the worst part. When I opened my own hamburger, which had the same customization, it was evident that instead of making a fresh burger, the staff had carelessly ripped out the pickles and onions from a pre-made one. The holes in the bun are clear evidence of this laziness and disregard for customers. They didn't even care enough to make a new burger, despite me paying for a customized order.
In the end, we were so disgusted by this that we threw it all in the bin. It wasn’t fit for human consumption. Honestly, animals eat better than what this McDonald’s dares to serve its customers.
The level of negligence at this location is alarming, and the owner clearly has no interest in customer satisfaction. This place is nothing more than a cash grab, treating paying customers like numbers rather than people. The franchise license should be revoked because it’s clear that standards don’t exist here.
We deserve a full refund and compensation for this disgraceful experience. Avoid this McDonald’s...
Read moreAbsolutely horrendous customer service. Waited at a bay for 25 minutes after being told my food was not ready. 25 minutes later the food arrived at my car window, no form of apology or sincerity but I did get ‘ your food ‘ and it practically chucked at me.
Even better yet half the order was incorrect I ordered a chicken share box and instead got a single chicken burger of some sort and the other meal was cold like it had been sat there for the 25 minutes while they waited for my chicken share box that didn’t arrive.
To resolve the matter I had to enter the restaurant and proceeded to wait at the counter for 10 more minutes as staff looked at me like I had the bubonic plague. Every staff member on multiple occasions looked me up and down and ignored me as I quite evident tried to gain attention with a receipt and a squashed chicken burger box in my hand.
I had to call a member of staff over in the end and explain the situation to which the reply was ‘ hmmm okay ‘ and then they just walked off. They eventually came back spent about a minute trying to fit this box into a bag to at which point I said the bag is not necessary.
Of course the matter wasn’t resolved at this point as of course the chicken was cold as it had probably been sat on the side for quite some time as it was clearly forgotten about somehow and of course so was the other meal.
After spending quite literally about 35 minutes for two pretty bog standard meals with no dietary adjustments or preferences I simply didn’t have the energy or time to ask for replacements or some form of compensation and so left with two meals that were partially eaten as they were inedible at that point.
In conclusion the staff are incredibly inconsiderate and have zero people skills which seems like the number one requirement if you work in hospitality. I can’t fathom how a company of that size can have such poor training and professionalisms but clearly they are so big I guess they really couldn’t care less as people will just...
