On a delightful Sunday afternoon, I decided to swing by this establishment and utilize their convenient Drive-Thru service. Opting for a seamless experience, I placed my order through their user-friendly mobile app, with the memorable order number RV46. Despite the seemingly endless queue, my wait turned out to be pleasantly brief, a testament to their efficient service. Anticipation heightened as I eagerly received my order, and I must say, I was not disappointed. The order arrived in impeccable accordance with my expectations. A standout was the refreshingly cold Coke Zero, generously adorned with ice cubes, a refreshing touch for a warm day. The meticulous attention to detail extended to the condiments as well – ketchup and napkins were thoughtfully included, a small yet significant touch that added to the positive experience. However, while most of the experience earned high marks, a couple of aspects kept it from achieving perfection. The French fries, though deliciously crispy, leaned towards the shorter side. While I recognize that some patrons appreciate this texture, I hold McDonald's to a standard of providing the longer and softer variety, which I've come to expect and cherish. Furthermore, the challenge of finding a suitable parking space cast a minor shadow over the overall experience. Despite maps indicating a lack of busyness, the reality was a cramped car park that barely accommodated the vehicles of eager customers. Navigating through the tight spaces, I circled the vicinity in search of a suitable spot, a task that took some patience. Eventually, I managed to secure a parking space after a few laps around the restaurant. In summary, my visit to this establishment on a sunny Sunday was marked by positives such as swift service, meticulous attention to order details, and a refreshing Coke Zero. While the crispy French fries and the congested car park tempered the experience, they were not enough to completely overshadow the overall satisfaction. My rating of 4 stars reflects these ups and downs, leaving room for a touch of improvement while acknowledging the highlights of the visit.

What a dreadful dreadful experience! The drive through is a joke !! Ran by children have have way too much attitude and are rude to a degree I can’t believe. I simply ordered a breakfast meal and there were no vehicles in front or behind . Was then ordered to move to an empty bay which I declined to do as previous experience of this became frustrating when several other customers would then be served whilst waiting much longer than needed . As there were literally no other customers I stated I would remain where I was for now. The attitude of the girl at the window was terrible and she slammed the window closed where I didn’t need to be a lip reader to see she was complaining to other members of staff After a further lengthy wait I sounded my horn to gain attention as I was now being ignored . Asking to speak to the manger I was told that the person I was speaking to was indeed the manager! I mean if you’re going to employ children and place them as mangers then there lays your problem . Zero experience at dealing with any kind of issue effectively. When my meal was finally thrust into my hands the following picture was what was presented! Utter garbage and went straight in the bin. McDonald’s please employ some decent staff who who at least have some skills and experience and someone to ensure that food at least resembles what’s being advertised would be nice too Though I shan’t be returning anytime soon Disgraceful

The day was grim, and as the drizzle covered my bestfriend’s car’s windshield i couldnt help but wonder: is this what life is about? cheeseburgers, chips, medium sized cokes… is this what capitalism is about? or is it about the connection between customers and service people? ashden and i made a connection almsot immediatly. Day made. His service was 11/10. Upon pulling up to stall 4… we were greated by our food. Amazing and delectable. Perfect for a grim durham day. Despite missing cheeseburgers my companion swiftly entered Mcdonalds… secured the bag (cheeseburgers) and brought the biggest present of all … 2 pots of ketchup. Alhamdullilah. Thank you , Mini Cooper

Shocking service at the drive-through. had to wait several minutes to give our order, then queue to pick up our food. our order wasn't taken correctly: we ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries (him), and 1 bacon double cheeseburger and 1 medium fries (me). The receipt only had 2 cheeseburgers and 2 medium fries, and 1 bacon double cheeseburger. on being handed the bag it felt suspiciously light, and inspection revealed it to contain 1 cheeseburger, 2 medium fries, and 1 bacon double cheeseburger. by the time we got round to the window again, 10 minutes had elapsed. We explained what had happened and asked for the entire order to be re-made, as it was cold. A very rude woman with a tattoo of a star on her neck said "I put two cheeseburgers in there, I know I did", and when we said no, there was only one, continued to insist that she had. Her tone was really rude. I don't go to McDonalds often so was puzzled, my partner said "she thinks we've already eaten it". I mean - why on earth would we do that?! If we were going to nick food it wouldn't be a McDonald's cheeseburger! And given that we'd just driven for 3 hours and were starving we'd have eaten the whole bloody lot! I'm sure people do do things like stealth-eating cheeseburgers then claiming they were never served them but we don't! Woman-with-tattoo didn't remake the order - although she did grudgingly hurl another cheeseburger and a medium fries into the bag - so everything except the new fries was cold when we got home. We won't be going...

I ordered my two sons meals via the app, when I pulled up at McDonald's at Dragonville in Durham my order disappeared from my phone, so I re-ordered at 19.10pm at this point the drive thru was closed so I chose to get my order via click and serve, my new ordered went through and I waited, and I waited and I waited 50minutes later I was still waiting, so myself and a young lady and her boyfriend in the car next to me also decided to go inside to complain, I asked her how long had she been waiting, she replied, 1hr 30 min, and this is the 3rd time now I've gone into complain, we went inside and we still stood another 15 minutes to be served, at this point we demanded to see the duty management, and in enters a man named Kyle, what an ignorant person he was, we complained and they eventually got our orders, at no point did the managers apologise for the poor service the restaurant provided, an absolute disgrace he was, they were also giving out wrong orders left right and centre, they wrote my order down and still managed to give me the wrong drink, they were also some young kids been waiting over 30 minutes just for a Mcflurry, while all of this was going on they decided to open the drive thru back up, and everyone in the drive thru was getting orders before us, furious is an understatement, KYLE the manager needs taken out of his job and retrained In management, customer care and people skills, over all I spent 1hr 10 minutes to get my order, never again will I enter this shambles of a Mcdonald at...
