Absolutely disgusting service!!!!!! Drove In drive thru and order 2 hash browns to which I was told to go straight to the next window without even getting the rest of my order in! The girl who was serving had already left before I could order more... to which my daughter said excuse me... then girl came back on and said she was not serving us because we was rude and was told the manager had taken our order off! We was not rude at all she had already left and told us to move on before we could even order anything else.
To which I then entered the restaurant and was confronted by this young girl and I asked to speak with the manager to which I could already hear the young girl say to everyone in the back telling them to not serve us. A manager then appeared with the girl and the girl denied telling me to move on, I then asked if the headphones were recorded to which the manager replied yes they are, I asked them to go and check this as me and my daughter had actually done nothing wrong and the girl serving us was the one who was infact being rude to us! The girl was still denying this and just kept getting rude. Another manager then came along and told the girl to leave and asked the issue so then I explained again but then was told the headphones are not recored? So either they are or they aren't?

Read moreOrdered at a kiosk, then waited. The display behind the counter indicated our order was ready for pickup, but when I approached and asked, I was told to wait and they'd call my number. Okay. So I waited. Some time later, the woman I had asked about our order by number looked around (I was the only one standing there) and said our number. I waved and started toward the counter, at which point she said the number again, and was echoed much more loudly by a co-worker who had emerged from the kitchen, as though I wasn't waving and walking toward the one I'd already given thar same number to. I felt like Bruce Willis in "Sixth Sense"! Eventually established my order number and got the food, less two apple pies. Was told they weren't ready and that they would be brought out to us. We went and sat down, and after finishing our meals and waiting 5 or 10 minutes, I went back in, at which point the counter woman got embarrassed, apologised profusely, and gave me the two pies, which had somehow slipped her mind, despite us being the only people still there. Read moreUpdate.... Just had a extremely bad experience at the drive in. I ordered a large amount of food for my family, waited 10 mins... Drove 2 mins home and the whole lot was cold, even worse the burgers tasted like they had a tub of salt added to them... I spoke to a so called manager, who was dismissive and rude and almost called me a liar!!! In the end she offered one replacement meal. I was not happy and asked for head offices number, I was giving an email address for the area manager. I have sent an email twice to him with no reply. If this is the way mcdonald's plc treats its customers, then I shall go elsewhere. Plenty of eating establishments in Northampton. People can't afford to just throw there money in the bin these days... So I will be very careful where I spend it going forward and it certainly won't be at this mcdonald's.
