Miami Chicken & Pizza — Restaurant in England

Used to be excellent. Hot 'n' fresh food and good service. Rapidly gone downhill. As a regular always ordering big and recommending all round. Never again. Final two times I ordered, first I ordered wings meals for whole family, got cold chips and dried dehydrated wings with the consistency of rubber. Last time ordered around 8pm on a Sunday asked for fresh or don't send at all, I was assured all will be well. So ordered among other things a party bucket, when it came wings & chips semi warm, party bucket filled with JUST drumsticks some were again disgustingly dark & dehydrated, I phoned & spoke to Furqan(YES. Same one who left a 5* positive review) barefaced lied to me that all they had that day were drumsticks.No apology no redress just excuses. Very angry & disappointed. This was one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered on 4th November and called ahead specifically to inform the restaurant of my allergy to mayo. Despite this, they still sent a burger with mayo, which I didn’t realise until after I’d already eaten some. I ended up having a serious allergic reaction—my face swelled up, and I had to take medication to deal with it.

As if that weren’t bad enough, the chicken they sent was completely burnt and inedible. When I tried calling the restaurant to report all this, my call was redirected to an overseas call centre, so I couldn’t even speak to anyone at the actual location.

This level of negligence is appalling and dangerous. Ignoring allergy information could easily put someone in hospital. I would never order from here again, and I strongly warn others to avoid this place, especially if you have any allergies or...

Friends came round and I ordered meals and large chicken bucket. was told 45-50 mins. after 1 hour I phoned, told 5 mins. finally came after another 15. chicken burgers warm, soggy and fell apart. Chips cold and hard like twigs. Chicken bucket had only drumsticks no thighs & no breast. Drumsticks were lukewarm, tiny, only slightly bigger than the wings, batter was burnt or had been sitting for a long time, hard as concrete and chicken inside was discoloured and dry, looking so bad and disgusting a starving dog would have turned its nose up at it. Phoned to complain. Idiot on phone was unsympathetic and uninterested(funny how he was so helpful when taking my order, yet once he had my money didnt give 2 hoots) It may be peanuts to Miami but as a student spending nearly £22 on food that you have to throw in bin is a luxury I can ill afford, as well as being embarrassed in front...
