WOW, if you’re after a real deal classic American cheeseburger, it doesn’t get much better than this.

A lot of burger joints talk the talk when it comes to the smash burger craze… but not many boast actual smash burgers (small balls of ground beef pressed nearly flat on the griddle). I’m happy to report that Mil’s nails the formula and offers any topping you could want. I opted to include the fried onions at the prompting of the burger master behind the counter and I’m glad I did, the crunch played nicely with the fresh onions, pickles, and lettuce.

If you want some behemoth with an oversized patty with rocket and aioli, you’ve come to he wrong place. Mil’s does true blue classic burgers, and I absolutely love them for it. I’ll stop by whenever I’m visiting my family in Wilmslow,...

Poor customer service and safety. There is a sign outside to say that only 2 people are allowed indoors and masks must be worn at all times inside. I was told to wait outside in the freezing cold for my order while delivery drivers who arrived after me got to wait indoors. I was told that my order would take 15 minutes but 30 minutes later i walk in to check and immediately get told to wait outside without a chance to even pose my question. And all this is all while none of the chefs or employees were wearing any masks or face shields. None at all.
