Three or four meals later and I am still saying it’s brilliant. The food is much better than the restaurants in Swanage, the staff are always very helpful and what else can I ask for? The loos are clean, which may be boring, but seems to be a good test for everything else nowadays. Bring an old pub it feels a bit odd, shape and decor wise, but I will keep coming back. Nothing to do with this place, but because it makes me smile….. The last time I got Indian food I had a slight problem with the bread. I told them not to worry though. It was a naan issue.

Popped into here whilst on a business trip, greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, only a few tables taken but the phone was constantly ringing with telephone orders. Had a lovely lady and gentlemen serve us, very polite and attentive, nothing was too much trouble throughout the entire visit. Food was very good, tasty, hot, right amount of spice for what we ordered, tender and cooked very well. Definitely worth a visit!!

It is NOT an Indian restaurant...add to it horrible food...and worst part, the owner is very rude and doesn’t even listen to feedback...don’t ever ever go to this restaurant..a Biryani is served without any salt and when asked, the owner has the guts to say that it is not an ‘Indian’ but a ‘Bangladesh’ Biryani...what a lame excuse

DO NOT EAT HEAR. TWO HAIRS IN MY ORDER! I order a india on thursday came picked it up and was a little disapointed that they was useing frozon chips like mc cans crimples and thought that was pretty naff as they charge almost £3 for a bag and anyone can buy a whole bag for £1 in a supermarket but anyway started eating my meal to find a BLACK SHORT HAIR in my korma rung straight up as it put me and the other person off are food. I was told on the phone by the manager to come straight down and they give me a full refund for my order when I got off the phone packing away the rest of the food I found ANOTHER HAIR on the container lid inside! I immediately when down there within 5minutes of getting off the phone it was shut. When in to the restaurant yesterday on Friday still with the order from the night before was told the manger was not in but hes son would be later on in the night so I left my number and was told I'd be getting a call that night. Its now SATURDAY iv still got the food witch iv now just got off the phone from one of the staff and was told I'll get a refund for 1 chicken korma. Im absolutely liveried as me and the other person was not well all night after this and left the food immediately. Iv been going to this restaurant many times but you have now lost a very good valued customer how iv been treated for a 5* this should be revewied and I will be reporting to environment health I have got photos for evidenced but I can not upload...

Would recommend this Restaurant certainly it is the best in the Wareham area. The staff are excellent and always very helpful. Food is generally first class. I have had one or two dishes which perhaps were a little greasy one was aubergine which is difficult to cook from scratch in a short time without the vegetable drinking up oil. The curry however has been really good as has been the rice and various breads. Have tried everything from Kurma through Madras to Dansak and all were superb. I would really recommend you try the buffet on Sunday where there is a set price of £10 for an opportunity to try various dishes. On Tuesday evening they have another £10 treat which is a 3 course meal and coffee/tea. So if you are sceptical you wouldn't waste money. Regarding the decor well the most important thing is that the whole place is very clean including the toilets. I have been in restaurants where the decor was fantastic but the food was poor to mediocre. I guess everyones expectations differ. My advice is...

Always smells lovely when walking past this place so finally decided to book a takeaway delivery. Big mistake. Although the lady I spoke to on the phone was very chatty, helpful & friendly even saying I could have garlic & cheese naan bread combined (this isn’t an option on the menu - it’s usually just one or the other). Also our order was delivered promptly & very hot. That’s where the two stars end. The chicken kormas were thin & tasteless & both types of rice we ordered were tasteless & watery. In fact when we tipped the food onto our plates you could visibly see the water on the plates. To top it off the garlic & cheese naans the lady said we could have arrived as plain, tasteless naans! No cheese whatsoever & barely a hint of garlic. Really disappointed & not a cheap...
