Mooboo Southend on Sea - The Best Bubble Tea — Restaurant in England

I went to get bubble tea with my sister, and we both ordered regular sized drinks, with my sister ordering hers hot. On the menu, it says you can upgrade to a hot drink for an extra 40p. When we received our drinks, they were a size large, and my sister's came with ice. After I politely reminded the employee that she'd ordered the drink hot, he was reluctant to correct his mistake, stating that the drink had already been made. He did take the drink back. However, he returned it simply without the ice and still not hot. Why have a hot option on the menu if it won't be made hot? I have been disappointed twice now. Hence the review. 1st time knowing I'm ordering for my son they gave me a large. Which I think is ludicrous. 2nd time my drinks came without any boba or anything as I was meant to ask. But I'm at a boba shop I'm expecting boba. Apparently its free. But I didn't know bobba not included. And I was asked for toppings. How do I know that is what it meant. I asked before it was sealed if they could add atleast for my sons one. And they refused. Was a disappointee with customer service as asked for coconut milk tea but the lady proceeded to make a iced milk tea without asking if I wanted the cold or hot option. When I asked her whether its the desired hot tea, she said she already made the cold milk tea and I would have to pay to change this! Wish she'd checked which one I wanted without assuming as was stuck with an overpriced cold drink on a very cold day! Very overpriced for customer service like this and...
