Udom — Restaurant in England

Went to udom twice, Thurs and Fri. Not impressed with their service on Fri. The waitress was rude and actually had the check to ignore my table at one point. I ordered a chicken curry dish on both days, on Thurs I asked for extra sauce, no problem they said. On Fri I ordered the same thing and asked for extra sauce, the rude waitress tried to charge me £2 extra for that, I said no thanks. Our foods come out now and my friend ordered a soup, she's tasted it , and it's not sitting right with her so we tried to call the same waitress over. This is where she proceeded to ignore us (and yes she saw us and heard us) we actually had to wait a good couple of mins before she finally came over. My friend explained the situation and her response was like well even if it makes you sick you either eat it and pay for it or get something else and pay for both. Who says that?! We asked to speak to the manager, he didn't come out, but he did relay through the rude waitress that they would no longer serve my friend but the rest of us could continue eating. I had to laugh, like what kind of stupidness is this?! Obviously we upped and left at that point. Never in my life have I been witness to disgusting, discriminating and downright obnoxious behaviour in...

Absolutely disappointed. I waited 35 minutes for a bowl of seafood tom yum noodle soup including the time I had to ask where my noodle soup was, while my family had already finished their meals. When it finally arrived, the seafood noodle looked exactly like the staged photo on the menu(screenshot from my video), nothing like the photos shared by other customers!

The noodle was alot BUT seafood was incredibly small, literally just six tiny pieces as I need to find from the bottom of the soup! Each barely the size of a fingertip. I honestly felt like I was served leftovers.

The noodles were severely overcooked, almost mushy and stuck together like baby food. It was a huge letdown, especially considering I paid over £15 for this dish.

I’m so regret not speaking up at the time, but I only came in to escape the heatwave and enjoy the air conditioning plus we ended up spending £75 with my family!

The curry king prawn was also over cooked , the meat was hard.

This experience completely ruined my dinner. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking to end their sunny day out on...

Oh my gosh, we had hands down one of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had in the UK here. The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing and I genuinely can't believe we've never been here before!

The food quality was absolutely delicious and there was so much flavour to each dish. The quality was also fantastic and there was a huge selection of noodle / rice dishes and lots of nice meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes too. There was a great sharing platter for two and as it was my husbands birthday, they surprised us with a banana fritter and coconut ice cream dish (and a great rendition of happy birthday)... it was amazing!!!

The service was also incredible and every single server was kind, friendly and helpful. We loved having a chat with all of them and finding out more about the restaurant, but they made time to speak to us and we loved that. The atmosphere was also wonderful and we loved the authenticness of the decor.

We can't wait to return and thank you so much for a wonderful birthday meal...
