So today was the first time I have had anything from Nitro's, and will be my last!! Firstly I pre ordered for a delivery, and got a call to say that they had missed my order after 45 mins of already waiting and would be with me soon as, another 15 min (the young lady who called to apologise aboit missing the order was really nice and was pleasant and really good at customer service) Then it arrived and WOW!!!!! What a waste of money I bought 3 Sundee if you can call them Sundays, I would say more like tub of cheap quality cream with toppings, and at the very very bottom of that tub of cream was 1 spoon of ice cream awful, all three where the exact same, and 80% of the cream went into the bin. Unfortunately there is no zero stars cause that's what they would have got. I would save your money and go and buy a tub of ice cream and make your own that's what I will be doing in future.(after reading the owners reply no wonder there is so many bad reviews about staff, products etc. Great customer service) and it is a very accurate and factual comment, I am willing to come and see yourself at your store to discuss this further seeing my inaccurate way of spelling and punctuation, I can get my point across vocally then?
