Mr Nitro's — Restaurant in England

So today was the first time I have had anything from Nitro's, and will be my last!! Firstly I pre ordered for a delivery, and got a call to say that they had missed my order after 45 mins of already waiting and would be with me soon as, another 15 min (the young lady who called to apologise aboit missing the order was really nice and was pleasant and really good at customer service) Then it arrived and WOW!!!!! What a waste of money I bought 3 Sundee if you can call them Sundays, I would say more like tub of cheap quality cream with toppings, and at the very very bottom of that tub of cream was 1 spoon of ice cream awful, all three where the exact same, and 80% of the cream went into the bin. Unfortunately there is no zero stars cause that's what they would have got. I would save your money and go and buy a tub of ice cream and make your own that's what I will be doing in future.(after reading the owners reply no wonder there is so many bad reviews about staff, products etc. Great customer service) and it is a very accurate and factual comment, I am willing to come and see yourself at your store to discuss this further seeing my inaccurate way of spelling and punctuation, I can get my point across...

Staff not helpful at all and extremely rude and aggressive towards me. The tall guy behind the counter was rude and horrid. He actually said he would and i quote "Rip my head off" because i did not understand what i was buying. I will never go there again and will write a full report on all social media WARNING people not to go there. Over priced surgar for kids. I can not see this business staying open for very long with staff like that working there. I am appalled and very upset with the way i way served. How can such a new business afford staff like that to speak to people they way he did. STAY AWAY!! UPDATED RESPONSE: This is no fake reply. Why would i target an icecream shop. First time here wanting to try the shakes thinking they'd be something special. What a huge let down and so over priced. We got a crunchie shake and a dime shake. Absolutely no difference between the two in taste or flavour and very runny. All it tasted like was runny cold milk with a hint of non descript, faint chocolate. No way you would recognise the chocolate bar it was intended to taste of. Massively disappointed. We also got a chocolate orange shake which again was just runny cold milk with two chunks of chocolate in the bottom of the cup and no flavour. All agreed we'd never have another. I had a small tub of chocolate icecream which was nice but nothing special not worth anywhere near the price. For the 4 items it was nearly £15!!!! I'm sorry but that's just rediculous....
