Naga's - The Spice Minister — Restaurant in England

Having previously had a good experience at Naga's I took my sister, over from the US. Instantly that we arrived the man, who said he was the owner, was extremely rude and maintained this aggressive attitude. I was shocked by such dreadful behaviour that just continued, despite both my sister and I being polite, as we were brought up so to be. It was so uncomfortable we decided to leave, gracefully, before ordering anything. We rose quietly, we did not want to make a big fuss, and just said that we would not be staying but the man pushed his rude attitude, almost creating a scene and forcing us to say that we found his attitude rude and aggressive. So, so very disappointed as the gentleman that has served my friend and I previously was always friendly and polite. I will not go to Naga's ever again ! We ordered last night and ended up with some dodgy dish (absolutely no idea what it was) and keema rice that turned out to be yellow and in fact lemon rice.

We tried to call them to sort the issue but they failed to answer and appear that they were closed.

My partner went in today to resolve the issue, to be told they will do the keema rice for us now, but we should have brought back the lemon rice. Needless to say not really much we could have done with the rice now as it isn't last night when we had the rest of the £40 order.

Rather than giving away dodgy freebies they should concentrate on getting orders correct, as it actually ruined the meal.

The rice went in the bin and geninuely feel that the level of service needs improving.

Worse experience ever!!!! I went to have Sunday special and there was nothing special about their food and cooking was not even Indian. God knows how they can call themselves spice minister.

Rude Staff (Owner) When my husband asked for my advice the owner of the restaurant said " Don't listen to her" to my face. But my husband ordered it anyway. The owner didn't even know his own food. He also taunted me on my Lamb curry order. They served the weirdest matar paneer I have ever seen. Instead of pure juice they gave me from concentrate I was sick after that.
