A rather long but honest review, decided to order online, placed order and was told to arrive for 18:05, the online page said not to queue, and also mentioned chips will be cooked upon arrival so they are fresh. Once we arrived I politely mentioned we had ordered online and was told we had to queue, no problem, just conflicting information, once we queued and spoke to the lady behind the counter, we were then told to wait 10 mins, fair enough, just hope the other food doesn't go cold, a few orders were brought out, one was incorrect and taken back, then ours came out, the lady confirmed the order and was most pleasant too, drove home, opened up boxes and found the order to be incorrect and the chips soggy and luke warm, I called them up and explained what had happened, I was offered a free meal but chose to return to store to get a replacement, the manager I spoke to was also most courteous, upon returning again I had to queue with a Nandos bag in hand, I then spoke to a staff member who seemed to have no idea of my return, but still polite, offered just to remake chips which was different from the offer I had received on the phone, once explained she said the chips are ready but they will remake burger. The lady then brought some fresh chips over, unfortunately still wrong, I mentioned to a gentleman with glasses who was incredibly courteous, he immediately changed it, at which point the replacement burger had arrived (to replace the now cold one) and unfortunately to say, now the burger was wrong, lucky I checked! they then immediately changed this. It should be noted that the whole time the lady with the purple hair and the chap with the glasses were incredibly courteous throughout the busy period and much grace was given as the place has only been open for a week (to public) thus 4 stars.
Once I got home I opened up and chips were hot, I then received a call from the very polite manager, she asked when I was coming in, I explained I had already been in and swapped, I think things will improve with time.
All in all, not a bad experience, food was quite nice, not the best, just frustrating having to drive twice after a busy day in the heat, the slightly negative experience was saved by the nice staff I mentioned above!
I will return but I wont order online as it was a messy procedure and you will likely get cold food, a bit disappointing for just shy...

Food was an hour late, order was taken by a rude girl in a shirt who i assume is a supervisor, no name as not offered a receipt either, juat stormed off. She has a tattoo on her right forearm, she is not supervisor material and needs dealt with, she annoyed a few customers we noticed with her poor attitude... Chips were cold and also looked like they had already been refreshed on the frier, they were brown mush at this point, absolutely terrible to eat by this point, my kid wudnt eat them, rainbow slaw was absolutely terrible and nothing like any other nandos we go to, wife was disappointed. The sides service was chaos, how chips can be served up cold when it's slightly busy shows there are issues in the kitchen. We watched burgers sit for 40 mins before sides were even added, watched the tattoo girl and sides girl go through order receipts as the plates werent matching up, clearly loosing their cool in front of the customers who all looked frustrated watching this unfold. Understandable ppl were complaining and one got a receipt for what I assume is a discount for returning another time. My family preferred to just leave without fuss and next time we'll go back to Yate Nandos where it is done properly. £45 wasted here. Poor staff, poor staff training, hiring staff with poor attitude, root cause for me, usual thing with younger hires now, they were all standing around chatting and drinking coke from the machine, supervisors included, no desire to sort the backlog of orders, support the sides table to address the key problem at hand.. Read moreWe went to the restaurant for a family Birthday and there were 8 of us in our party. We waited about 45 minutes for a table and finally went in. We ordered thru the app as,advised by the waiter, to save some waiting time, which was done and was easy enough. When we had waited over an hour for any food at all and asking the staff what was happening with our food, the first meal finally appeared, but the waitress could only carry one at a time, the second meal arrived 5 minutes later, the third after another 5 minutes and so on until we had fix, then a wait for anymore. We asked where the last two meals were and that caused a real concern and we had the manager come to the table and go thru all the order that we had made and then off he went and after about 15 minutes the other two meals finally arrived, we had also ordered two large sides of garlic bread which again we had to chase. The orders consisted of Perri salted chips and they came plain, when we questioned this, they brought us a handful of Perri salt sachets to put on the chips ourselves. The meals themselves were good but the service was atrociously poor. The manager offered us desserts on the house as compensation but they never materialised. We made another complaint to the Manager who apologised and said he would contact head office and we left. Not too impressed with it at all.
