Food as always was delicious. The majority of the staff however were unwelcoming and rude. This was our 3rd time visiting your restaurant and unfortunately this time we left feeling thoroughly disappointed. Right from when we got there and were sat at our table the waiting staff were unfriendly and seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but at work. The server who sat us was extremely rude right from the get go. Our pizzas were brought well before our drinks even though we ordered them at the same time and when we asked where they were we were told that it was because you had run out of ice. We explained that it wouldn't be a problem to have the drinks with no ice. I would like to point out at this time that the guy who told us this was the only member of your waiting staff who was friendly and showed any signs of good customer service. The others were appalling. When our drinks were finally brought to us by a different member of staff she slammed them on the table and told us again with no apology that you had run out of ice! The pizzas as always were perfect and probably the best we've had in this in country. We did feel however after last night that we would be reluctant to return to the restaurant because of the way we were treated by the majority of your waiting staff. It is such a shame because the staff on previous visits have always been so friendly and welcoming. We did leave a 15% percent tip and were hoping that it went to the chefs and the one member of waiting staff who was actually professional. We didn't get his name but he was the only male working that night on the waiting team. Him, the chefs and the food are the reason we have left a 3 star review and not 1 because we don't think the rest of the staff managed a smile between them throughout the evening and certainly made us feel very unwelcome which is not what you want when you are spending hard earned money somewhere. We could have complained last night but felt that there didn't seem many there who would actually care. There were a few other incidents, including one of your waiting staff walking by and giving us a dirty look, which we hope you will address with your staff who were working last night and sadly we don't think we will be returning or recommending your restaurant to others. The majority of your staff really let Naughty Pizza...
Read moreWe have been there 4 times, nothing to say about the pizza, absolutely really good but I'm afraid to say this place is NOT family friendly at all. We had an appointment booked at 7:30 and yes we turned up at 7:45 but with 3 kids isn't that easy. As soon as we walked in the first thing we heard was "oh no another buggy". When I noticed the table wasn't big enough (evrytime I rang to book a table, they forgot the space for the buggy) I explained that I rang and booked a table for 8,the owner just becomes very rude saying "you are late, I can't keep the table" my husband then tried to explain that wasn't fair to treat us like that and the only answer was" the restaurant is small" when we then said we won't come back because of the way we been treated, the owner said don't be rude or I have to ask you to leave.
Reply :Good evening, Thank you for replying back. I have to correct you in regards to the fact that "I have not mentioned the buggy when I booked the table, unfortunately I have always and say always mentioned about the buggy when I rang the restaurant and everytime the space for the buggy has been forgotten. Allow me to say that first of all it isn't nice to hear as welcoming phrase "oh no another buggy", second :there are manners to explain things without being rude towards a customer, third: our friends were there 15 min late and I believe that 15 min delay shouldn't be a reason to treat customers like your manager did and also not to be a reason to cancel a reservation. Because you mentioned about cctv, you could also easily check that only few people came after us for a table that was already reserved. We have sent many people there because we liked the place at first but who doesn't like buggies consequently cannot be considered family friendly and...
Read moreLet's start with the positives - the ingredients they use are fresh and mostly imported from Italy so you can taste the freshness. The pizza however, is quite small for what you pay for and whilst this style is known as 'gourmet', I think the majority of your customers would agree that we'd prefer a smaller crust - more toppings if you're going to be charging us almost a tenner for a Margherita! You're not fooling anyone that you're trying to save money with those large empty boarders.
Now onto the service - I'm gutted to see that yet another pizzeria is staffed by a team of people who don't know what they're doing! After all the money you've probably spent doing this place up for months, you've gone and poured it down the drain by hiring a team of amateur staff. I'm all for giving people a chance but it's obvious that none of your staff have any previous experience in this field and require a lot of training. The blonde waitress also needs to learn some manners and be more polite to customers because she's so so miserable and rude! Definitely out of her depth in a restaurant where it's important for staff to be friendly.
Anyway I'm sure with a revamp of your staff and smaller boarders on your pizza you'll soon become the best pizzeria in...
