Sadly our 1st visit was very disappointing. I'd asked for coffees to be extra hot as fed up with being given a semi warm coffee that you feel you have to rush it down before it becomes too cold. Well the 4 young staff members were all huddled together behind the counter having a good chat instead of focusing on the customers. We collected our coffees only to find no spoons or forks for our coffees & cakes. Only to be told,when asked where we could find them ,which seeing as they were positioned on the staffs side of counter and they were doing nothing,you'd assume the staff would provide them to us?? Then we tried our coffees only to find even though I'd requested extra hot ,they were barely tepid! The cups weren't even warm. The young man didn't even apologise when I took them back as was more interested in the conversation he was having with the girls. Nice bakery with a good range of pastries & savoury products & good coffee. The only thing is if you are not familiar with what they sell the queue does obscure the view of the end of the counter & you seeing the savoury items at the far end - as you order nearer the sweet pastry end but if you duck round the queue & ask to have a quick look the customers in front were accommodating & nice to let me take a quick look.
