Tom Yum — Restaurant in England

Went to Tom yum a few weeks ago on a recommendation from a friend and had a lovely meal. So decided to re book for my 60th birthday, we arrived at just after 7.30 sat and were seated upstairs. Not to busy at this point. Took 10 min to ask us if we wanted a drink, and another 10 to get it we decided to order our food on the arrival of our drink along with a apology from the waitress for the delay. A further 40 min to receive a cold starter, which we had to send back, had enough of this fiasco of a restaurant, poorly managed, staff don’t understand what you are saying when ordering food we had to point at the menu, all running around like headless chickens would not recommend this place and will not...

Best Thai food in the area. I took my parents there as it was my dad's birthday. The staff were so friendly. One of our party can't have spicy food. We explained to the staff and they made the food with no spice. We had a set menu and we were asked if we wanted any of the dishes topped up. Service was excellent. I went back on my lunch break a few days after as I wanted to try the red thai curry. When I walked in the staff recognised me. They remembered we had food with no spice. I had the curry with the chillies and was absolutely delicious. It will now be my regular lunch hang out. They have a meeting room upstairs that fits 50 people. Food is good but the service is terrible. We were rushes to get out of the restaurant as soon as we got in. The staff would walk around us and keep promoting us to eat faster. My friend order jungle curry but was given Thai green curry and when we said that was not what she ordered she was told "green is very nice, have that" and she wasn't even offered to get what she actually ordered. The side plate was taken away, while i was still eating. Had to order drinks 3 times before we got it and even though they were trying to get us out of the door, i had to wait for cutlery for 10 min after my food was on the table and I couldn't get the...
