O'neill's High Wycombe — Restaurant in England

Went for food app had half the menu unavailable, none of the cocktails apart from blue lagoon which we ordered 15 mins later guy cake over saying oh no blue lagoon got £9 refund even though app charged 14 ish for drinks , when one of the staff put currently cylinder in table they slammed it on the table

Food came after 20 mins burger was nearly overcooked and bacon was part chard and my girls gammon was half pink wasn't impressed , they ddit explain anything about drinks properly , all the staff were chatting and laughing and not doing anything , one of the staff made himself dinner as sat behind us , they didn't come at any time to ask how was the meal very unhappy with staff and treatment and explanation on drinks and the bad menu

Will not be coming again ever don't bother going

After getting the recipt online it said cost of drink was 9 so don't worry about that all I'm going to ask is update your app so it has the correct prices and hope you can have more stock of food.as you don't have the menu being empty because everything being unavailable also stock for drink aswell...

Had a walk on the main street and found this place. Staff were asking each other numerous times when the kitchen was open until. Told to sit at a table but online menu had no food, only drinks. Asked for a drink and specified I was ordering food and asked if I could have a menu. Place was dead. The bartender poured the drink and handed me the menu and asked for payment. I said I’d pay the bill after the meal. Told that’s not possible and also that kitchen closes at 10. It was 9:20. Put the drink back on the bar-top and went somewhere else. Drove up from Scotland over 8 hours and all I wanted was food and a drink. Worst service ever.

Edit: Yes I was definitely there. I tried to phone to ask for a manager but there was no answer. Didn’t ask at the time as I was annoyed. Mostly younger staff working it appeared and the person pouring my drink was a young lady. Just when I was leaving a live band came in and was starting to set up. Wish I could recall that first song but it was pretty good. Too bad the customer service wasn’t as good as the music....

First time to High Wycombe, fancied some nice dinner what place I know we say O'Neil's is O'Neil's but Charlie and her staff great team as ordered food and sadly I do have high food allergies sea food and mushrooms! Great combo I know! But fancied few meals and the staff was spot on about the allegens and understand about cross contamination what could more could I ask for as even eaten in other places and had to walk out as sadly staff play ostrich and just get the puzzled look! But here no way at all staff was spot on helped us and explained I could have had the chips but where cooked in same oil as the battered mushrooms guess what instant diverted and helped us and substitute for mash regardless of fancing chips not worth the risk! Great staff helpful guidance great team will be back to this O'Neil's spot on head office take note got a very good team at...
